Deborah Varnell has been selected as a finalist of the Maiman Student Paper Competition at CLEO 2016

Deborah Varnell, MRTHE graduate student (advisor Prof. Claire Gmachl) has been selected as a finalist of the Maiman Student Paper Competition at the Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO) 2016 for her presentation entitled Spectroscopy and Imaging Using a Mid-IR Quantum Cascade Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) System. This award recognizes student innovation, research excellence and presentation skills in the areas of laser technology and electro-optics. Congratulations Debbie!
