New Jersey Entrepreneurial Network (NJEN) Poster Pitches and Networking
Two MIRTHE+ technologies were presented at the New Jersey Entrepreneurial Network (NJEN) co-hosted by PRISM/MIRTHE+ at Princeton University. This event provided opportunity to showcase our technologies to local companies that are looking to bring new products to market and exposes those technologies to entrepreneurial community.
Congratulations to Alexandra Werth, Yasin Kaya, Noah Apthrope (MIRTHE+ graduate students), Kalil Shaw, Nsomma Alilonu (undergraduate students) and Prof. Claire Gmachl of Princeton University for winning the Best Poster Award for “Non-invasive glucose sensing based on mid-infrared laser spectroscopy” at the event. The students recently formed Alira Infrared Biosensing, a startup company that aims to advance the presented technology to the commercial market place.
